A NEW attraction in 2002 was "Lil' Muffin"  THE WORLD'S SMALLEST HORSE  from Goshen, CT.

Lil' Muffin is a real dwarf horse only 19" tall, and weighs only 48 pounds her booth was at the North End of the festival near the north stage and Shelton Pizza Palace.
